There are many ways in which one can meditate, and everyone has a different way which suits them. Here are some easy short meditations which may help you find your way of meditating. To me, it is the beginning. It is no harm to understand, to learn and practices many ways of meditation. After I mastered it, I developed SANTABI, my own Islamic & Malaysian based method. Here we go!.
Power of the Sea Meditation
Clear your mind, have no distractions around you.
Close your eyes and breathe deep:
Listen to the gentle waves
Calmness is within you
See how the sunlight glints and plays on the waves
Look far out to sea, as far as the horizon takes you
Feel the breeze, let it inside with a deep breath Feel the soft sand
between your toes
Sit in the warm sand
Allow the oceans power inside – breathe deeply and slowly in time
with the waves
See the white curl on the crest of the wave
You are breathing with the ocean
Feel its force and its gentleness as one
The waves rhythmic lull fill your senses
You are calmed and rested
Springtime Meadow Meditation
With eyes closed and breathing deep and even:
Take yourself to a spring meadow
Look at all the colours around you, feel the greenery
You feel warm under the gentle spring sun
Hear the birds song
Smell the fresh grass, run your fingertips across the grasses
Catch the scent of wild flowers
Find a spot to lie in the long grasses and admire the sky
Relax, stretch out all your limbs
Breathe in with all of your senses
Let your spirit be infused with these elements
You feel content with the earth
You are peaceful and happy
Recharged with energy, you breathe in and out in long deep breaths
Feel the energy course through you
You are cleansed and ready to face the rest of your day.

I have been teaching my own amazing training module namely SANTABI. This powerful training system
that helped many people change their lives in ways they never thought possible. SANTABI technique
will change your life forever. I learned how to tap into my subconcious mind and developed
the SANTABI, a powerful program from many sources – ie Isyarat Asyifa, the Islamic reiki, pranic
healing, yoga, meditation, silat and others. For more than 20 years now, I have used and
continue to use the powers of my SANTABI, creating a powerful program to achieve my goals
and lives that the life I want. Over the years, I have been a personal development trainer,
writer and speaker. During the last 20 years, I have examined and studied different self help
programs and read countless books on the subject of our subconcious mind hoping to find
something new. Instead what I discovered was the system I was taught for so many years
ago and have been using all my life is still the most effective method for me, my family and
my close friends in creating the life we want. I’m in the process of writting my special e-book
“The Power of Santabi”. I hope, I have enough energy to complete this special ebook soon.

Allowing life to control you is a powerless scenario that you would’nt want for
yourself. So, instead of just letting yourself get tossed and tuned by the uncertain
waves of circumstances, you can take charge of your fate and your destiny.
Meditation enables you to effortlessly bypass the conscious mind, and imprint
affirmations into the subconcious mind. The subconcious mind, in turn, impringes
upon the nervous system to bring about your desired results. SANTABI is a great
tool to help you create desired changes in your life..

Qigong masters were practicing their meditative discipline to balance and invigorate the human energy field. They called this vital energy that pervades all forms, both animate and inanimate. Practitioners use mind control to move and control the Qi(the vital energy of the body) to not only improve health and longevity, but also to enhance awareness, psychic powers, and spiritual development. Qigong masters also developed Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and the martial arts. They made the first model for accupunture. They put magnet at specific accupunture points to balance the Yin and Yang of the human energy field. When Qi is balanced, the entity has good helath. Human energy field is also called the aura of the body.

Sunlight is the principle source of energy for the biosphere. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transfered or transformed. Light energy can only be used once. Most of the light energy that strikes the earth from the sun goes unused. Only 1 to 2 percent of the light energy that reaches the earth is used by green plants. Using the process of photosynthesis, green plants convert light energy into chemical energy and then into a simple sugar. This light energy stored as a form of sugar in plant tissues, is a source of food for all animal life in the biosphere. As the energy is transfered from sun to plant and then plant to animal, much of this energy is lost in the form of heat. It is only because of a constant supply of light energy from the sun that life can continue to exist on earth. This universal energy is the source of life. The breath of life moves through all forms to give them life. Yogis work with this energy with breathing techniques, meditation, and physical exercise to produce altered states of conciousness and longevity.

White light is actually composed of 7 primary and 2 secondary colors blended together.
The seven colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and voilet. The other
two colors are ultra voilet and infra red. The seven primary colors become visible
in the form of rainbow, but the two secondary colors always remain invisible.
The nine colors are understood to be the cosmic matrix and very essense of the
nine planet, and it is through those colors that the planets radiate their energy
and influence.
The wavelength of colored-light emanating from the nine planet is believed
to watch those radiating from each planet’s corresponding gemstones. ie- the
wavelength of light emanating from the sun is identical to that exhibit ed by a
ruby – both are red. Among all the elements of nature, gemstones constitute
the most condensed form of concentrated color. Gems provide an inexhaustible
source of cosmic color rays.
When colored-light waves are mesured, infra red exhibit longest wave length
and ultra voilet, the shortest.

Light entering the eyes is responsible for every aspect of human growth and health. The wrong kind of light can make you ill, perhaps even kill you. The right kind of light can help you well and add years to you life. Light therapy has produced benefits to those suffering from major depression, sadness, chronic fatique, allergies, immune disorders, learning difficulties and neurological problems. Light entering the eyes causes nerve impulses that influence the lower brain and pituitary gland that trigger the release of hormones responsible for every aspect of human growth and health. Light is a nutrient much like food.

Praise be to Allah.
The Cherisher and Sustainer of the Words.
Most Gracius, Most Merciful.
Master of the day of judgement.
Thee do we worship and Thine aid we seek.
Show us the straight way.
The way of those on whom Thou hast.
bestowed Thy Grace.
Those whose (portion) is not wrath.
And who go not as tray.
