7 UNIVERSAL LAW OF MENIFESTING

Zakaria Mohamad December 31st, 2007

1. Slow Down, Relax and Fully Be Here Now.

Being ever-present to this eternal moment is one of the most essential and basic key to manifesting. The entire Universe is happening only in this moment. If you mind is free from the distracting thoughts about the past and future, then the amazing core of your magical manifesting power has room to come through! By slowing down you are able to shut off the mind chatter and tap directly into the infinite Source of manifesting power that is available ONLY in the Now.

The breath is closely associated with the mind. So when you’re breathing from a lower and slower pace and space in your body you can hear your thoughts better and can control your mind easier. When we are relaxed we are more receptive and open to receiving what we desire. So practice being conscious of your breath and breathing slower and deeper throughout the day. As you learn how to slow down your thoughts, your breathing and the movement of your body, eventually the mind comes to a halt and creates space of timelessness.

2. Practice Stillness Everyday.

In order to stop the constant chattering of the mind, we need a conscious daily Meditation practice of training the mind. Practice focusing on one thing (your breath) to strengthen the mind to obey your every command. Manifesting happens instantly when you have made the mind your servant and YOU the master of it. The longer you can maintain focus on your breath, the faster your goals will manifest for you. The actual time it takes to manifest is directly proportional to the number of minutes you can concentrate on what you want without distraction. You are a beautiful powerful consciousness. Become the master of your thoughts, get to know this seat of consciousness inside.

3. Make Conscious Contact With The Universe

The first step here is to acknowledge that there is a higher power inside you right now, and its very easily available to you. The next step is to be open to this extremely ever-present intelligent Source that is always happening everywhere you are. Believe and get to know your personal conscious connection with this sacred omni-present Source of power. Give yourself a special time each day to be still, quiet and connect with this higher conscious power. When you feel some form of contact, ask God to bring your desired goal into form. If your request is done with sincerity you will manifest the most amazing results. As you progress in your relationship with this very real divine intelligence, center your mind closer to your heart. You will come to know that God is closer to you than your heart, your mind or your next breath of air.

4. Trust in Life’s Magical Unfolding Process.

Be infinitely patient! Discover a deeper “knowingness” inside you that can help you let go of anxiety, disbelief and doubt. Decide and believe that your goal is on its way. The Universe is always supporting what you want and if you affirm what you want it will always help you to achieve it. The more you can surrender to this deeply wise and powerful feeling of trust and letting go, the more the Universe can help you. The Universe has always provided us with everything we have our whole lives. It’s safe to deepen and relish this sacred Trust. If you have trouble trusting, watch the mind vigilantly for old patterns of fear and doubt, then gently re-focus on a relaxing positive thought flow. As soon as you are in a space of infinitely trusting the Universe, it will immediately manifest your desires. It’s about getting in touch with that infinite patience that ignites and engages this manifesting process. The experience of Trust is really the greatest and deepest surrender to the Universe from the tiny ego trip we’re on.

5. Know that Everyone Is A Magical Manifesting Being (and especially you!)

Be conscious of your extremely magical potentiality everywhere you are. Anything is possible for those who believe. Take time every day to consciously explore that part of your mind that believes this. Reveal to others those playful aspects of yourself where magical situations, miracles and synchronicities can occur in your life. If the skeptical mind doubts that you aren’t magical and all powerful, release it! Let the light of your own divine consciousness shine through! See that there’s magic everywhere in your world and it exists in all things. Once you know that this magic is always within yourself, everything you do you’ll see the magical manifesting power in it.

6. Focus on your Desired Outcome without Attachment to it.

When you allow your mind to ONLY have positive thoughts towards your desired outcome you are saying to the Universe that you are devoted to manifesting your dream. Being in a deep, positive, open connection with your desired outcome without being overly attached to it, is one of the greatest hidden keys to manifesting it. Positive thinking is a way of sending direct messages to the Universe saying what you want is important and sacred to you. The greatest power in you is love…use it! Visualize, feel and imagine that your greatest dream is happening to you without clinging to it. Assume that your imagination is real! Honor and respect your goals in life as if they were given to you from the highest and most powerful being you can imagine. By being continuously focused on love and loving, you’re actually sending out trillions of powerful atoms of thought-energy into the Universe to physically manifest into your desired form.

7. Love Yourself Always and In All Ways.

By simply and profoundly giving Love to yourself everyday in everyway you are saying to the Universe you are worthy of attaining any dream, vision or goal. Immediately drop any neediness for love, acceptance and approval from others and replace it with self-love. The highest place we can be is independent of other people’s opinions of us. Step aside from everyone’s judgments of you and use that crucial time and energy to send yourself loving and appreciative thoughts. You will increase your manifesting ability and power with every loving feeling you have about yourself that is usually negative and skeptical. The greatest manifesting energy comes from within this Infinite Source of Thought of your being which is in essence Absolute Love.

HOW TO EMBRACE CHANGES

Zakaria Mohamad November 19th, 2007

Check Your Attitude and Beliefs

Believe that all is well. No matter what the change is, simply accept that it is ok as it is. Because it really is. Each moment of your life is alright the way it is. Decide to be at peace with it.

Embrace your change joyfully by thinking that change is easy instead of thinking of it being difficult, and it will be easy. I know that we tend to be fearful and apprehensive of changes, and this misperception often results in what we don’t want. Because we focus on what we don’t want instead of what we do want to experience. You can choose to change your thoughts and perception, because you have the free will to do so. Use that free will consciously to envision the life experiences you want and you will attract them.

Raise your inner vibration by becoming aware of your feelings. Release whatever negative feelings or misgivings you may have, and replace them with positive, happy and confident thoughts and feelings.

For example, instead of thinking: “this is impossible”, or “I don’t think I can make it”, think: “yes, I can give this a try” and “I can see that I am making some progress”. This kind of attitude and clear focus increase your inner vibration. And the higher you can go with joyful and exuberant feelings, the more confident you get. This vibration puts you in a place of unlimited posssibilities which bring you closer to achieving what you desire.

Be accepting of this simple fact: Change is simply a way of life, and without change there is no growth. Change is not there to harass you, or to stress you out. It simply is.

Personally, I perceive changes as a way of “saving me from myself”. This is because as far back as I can remember, in my whole life, starting from very young age up to the present time, I have constantly been subjected to one change or another. Looking back now, I view these changes as a way of forcing me to make the progress I needed to make.

So when you can see changes for what they truly represent, a way of helping you become who you are meant to be, you will be peaceful and you’ll let go of resisting changes. Because you are an everlasting evolving spirit and changes help you on your path of evolution.

Use the ‘Warisan Method’ of life change strategies to strengthen your focus and keep you inspired. I wish you joy and happiness in embracing the changes in your life.

STRESS AND YOUR HEALTH

Zakaria Mohamad November 18th, 2007

Scientists agree that stress causes actual chemical changes in the brain, and these changes can influence the state of your health.

Eliminating stress completely from your life is impossible. However, implementing some stress management techniques can subdue some of its’ harmful effects. Stress management includes following a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, and making time for uninterrupted relaxation.

ANGER THERAPY

Zakaria Mohamad November 17th, 2007

Anger is a powerful emotion. If it isn’t handled appropriately, it may have destructive results for both you and your loved ones. Uncontrolled anger can lead to arguments, physical fights, physical abuse, assault and self-harm. On the other hand, well managed anger can be a useful emotion that motivates you to make positive changes.

Anger is an emotion that can range from mild annoyance to intense rage. It is a feeling that is accompanied by biological changes in your body. When you get angry, your heart rate and blood pressure rise and stress hormones are released. Anger triggers the body’s ‘fight or flight’ response. Other emotions that trigger this response include fear, excitement and anxiety. The adrenal glands flood the body with stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol. The brain shunts blood away from the gut and towards the muscles, in preparation for physical exertion. Heart rate, blood pressure and respiration increase, the body temperature rises and the skin perspires. The mind is sharpened and focused. This can cause you to shake, become hot and sweaty and feel out of control.

When people have angry feelings, they often behave in angry ways too. Angry behaviours include yelling, throwing things, criticising, ignoring, storming out and sometimes withdrawing and doing nothing. Anger is usually linked with other negative emotions or is a response to them. You may be feeling hurt, frightened, disappointed, worried, embarrassed or frustrated, but may express these sorts of feelings as anger. Anger can also result from misunderstandings or poor communication between people.

The constant flood of stress chemicals and associated metabolic changes that accompany recurrent unmanaged anger can eventually cause harm to many different systems of the body. The physical signs of anger would effect your organs.
Some of the short and long term health problems that have been linked to unmanaged anger include:

* Headache
* Migraine
* Digestion problems, such as abdominal pain
* Liver Disease
* Insomnia
* Increased anxiety
* Depression
* High blood pressure
* Skin problems, such as eczema
* Heart attack
* Stroke.
* Cancer
* Gout
* Fevers
* Anything ending in “itis”

The “Warisan Method” of lifechange is based on a new discovery that has provided relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren’t necessary. Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere. ANGER DESTROY YOU

Zakaria Mohamad November 16th, 2007

Cancer–holding in anger and resentment for long periods of time literally eats away the body. People with cancer are also very self-critical. They also use the phrase, “I hate that.” often.

If someone has an ulcer, they have a real physical hole in their stomach, isn’t that right?; but if you ask the question, ‘gee, I wonder why they developed an ulcer in the first place’, the answer might be, ‘Well, they were producing too much stomach acid, and it burnt a hole in the stomach.’ But, if you ask the question, ‘I wonder why they were making too much stomach acid, the answer might be that they had too much stress and anxiety.” I want them to be clear that emotional issues physicalize in the body.

High Blood Pressure is a sign of a sick liver. Of course your blood pressure always rises when you are having an argument. To read more on the many, many causes of high blood pressure or hypertension

Migraine headaches can often be created by people who want to be perfect and who create a lot of pressure on themselves.

Gout is a sign of anger. It is also a symptom of needing to dominate and a symptom of impatience. Gout is the inability to process certain proteins called purines. When the purines build up in the muscle fibers, the joints get inflamed, swollen and extremely painful. Gout really responds to diet, but if you don’t let go of the anger, it has a tendency to come back year after year. I see this condition often when the tomatoes become ripe on the vine each year.

Liver Disease: Liver disease can include cirrhosis, high cholesterol, abnormal liver enzymes, swollen livers, and more. The liver is the organ of anger and resentment.

Allergies are most always a sign of an overloaded liver. Sinus allergies may mean challenges with how you feel about yourself. Eczema often has to do with unexpressed disruptive emotions.

Sore throats (which are in the fifth chakra) are associated with anger and not standing up for our rights, swallowed anger, and stifled creativity.

Anything ending in “itis” represents anger and frustration about conditions you are looking at in your life.

SELF HEALING THROUGH ACUPUNCTURE

Zakaria Mohamad November 12th, 2007

Acupuncture and the chakra energy system have both become increasingly mainstream in the medical science. The chakras have been described as where the qi energy circulating throughout the meridian system originates. It takes air, food, water, and sensory and intellectual stimuli to manufacture and replenish qi. The chakras are responsible for meridian energy distribution. They are of incredible significance in healing, as they are the primary electromagnetic energy system of the body.

Acupuncture has been a major part of primary healthcare in China for the last 5,000 years. It is used extensively for a variety of medical purposes ranging from the prevention and treatment of disease, to relieving pain and anesthetizing patients for surgery. As in many oriental medicine practices, the emphasis of acupuncture is on prevention. In traditional Chinese medicine, the highest form of acupuncture was given to enable you to live a long, healthy life.

The body continually generates tiny but detectable electrical discharges. This electrical field influences the growth, maturation, and functioning of some types of cells. It is known that acupuncture points are concentrated in regions of low electrical resistance. Studies have shown that there is a correlation between the electromagnetic fields in the body and the channels or meridians. So, this electrical theory of acupuncture suggests that acupuncture works by influencing the body’s electromagnetic fields. Acupuncture points have certain electrical properties, and stimulating these points alters chemical neurotransmitters in the body.
